Mazak Variaxis I-800 NEO 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center
We recently received a Mazak Variaxis I-800 NEO 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center, a versatile and high-precision machine tool, that was damaged at a warehouse due to a rigging error.
During setup at an HVAC solutions manufacturing company, the frame for the sliding door rack was damaged when the machine was lifted incorrectly, bending a portion of the frame and breaking a piece. Photos of the damaged section are attached for review.
It was originally brand-new and never installed prior to the accident. All signs lead to it having the ability to power on correctly and being fully functional.
